Phil became a follower of Christ when he was a child of nine years of age. Phil is a proud veteran, a retired missionary and a retired builder. His wife of 59 years is Ellen Sue. His children are Todd, Chad and Lainie. To his eight grandchildren, he is known as "Papa-can-fix-it".
His hobbies are yard work, repairing odds and ends, visiting older folks and playing with children. Phil can make people laugh, but his greatest investment of time is praying for others. What Phil wants you to know about himself is "Please be patient with me; God still has me under construction."
